The hotel has great, large and well-decorated rooms, but on the smallish side by North American standards. The staff were incredible except for one particular person who was wrong every time. The location is fabulous, central but not too central, with easy access to main tourist sites. The dining was excellent, with the staff extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. The facilities were top-notch.

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were very comfortable in terms of space arrangement and decoration. Antinoo's dishes and the wine suggested by the maitre were amazing. However, it was a bit loud at times which was unexpected in a small city. The shower and bath facilities were excellent, plus the huge terrace added a special touch.
